Sullivan West Standout, Debbie Bose, Substitute

It is a privilege to introduce the first Standout of 2019, Debbie Bose, substitute extraordinaire in a variety of roles throughout our District.  Congratulations, Debbie!

For the past 29 years, Debbie Bose has been a familiar face in classrooms and offices throughout our schools.  During that time, Debbie has substituted in almost every role imaginable in a school district - teacher, teaching assistant, clerical, aide, and has also found time to have been a class advisor and handled the score books for soccer and basketball.  Most recently, she served as a substitute clerical worker in our District's Instructional Services Office, and the team there describe her as "an all-around wonderful person" for whom "no task is too difficult."  They also detailed how during any free time she may have, Debbie will help support the Nurse's Office or anyone else who needs assistance.

Debbie shared that she enjoys "...working with the children and the staff.  Just about any position, I enjoy doing.  If the work is there, I'll do it."  When she isn't helping children or staff throughout our District, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, particularly her three grandchildren.

Congratulations and keep up the outstanding work, Debbie!
