For all families of students that will be in 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9^th and 11th grade in the 2022-23 school year, NYS law requires a physical within 30 days of entering school.  If the physical is not done within 30 days of the start of school, a school physical will be completed by our school medical director.  Please notify the nurse on any appointment dates and changes in their health status.   For the high school contact- Danielle DuBois x1120 and for the elementary- Judy Durkin x2139
