RESOLVED, that the Board of Education has received from the District Clerk the results of the 2023-2024 Annual District Budget Vote and Election of Board Members held on May 16, 2023, which are tabulated and the Board has this day tabulated and canvassed the returns and hereby determines the number of votes cast for the budget and election and declares the results of the canvass of the voting for the budget and election to be:

RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Sullivan West Central School District, Sullivan County, New York, shall be authorized to expend the sum set forth in the budget for the 2023-2024 school year in the total amount of $41,796,395, and to assess and levy upon the taxable property for the District the necessary tax therefore.
